The following times are for unstuffed turkeys:
10 - 18 lbs. | 3 to 3 ½ hours at 350 degrees |
18 - 22 lbs. | 3 ½ to 4 hours at 350 degrees |
22 - 24 lbs. | 4 to 4 ½ hours at 350 degrees |
24 - 30 lbs. | 3 ½ to 5 hours at 350 degrees |
Add 1 hour to cooking time if turkey is stuffed.
The internal temperature in the turkey's thigh should be 180 degrees.
